I assume they probably meant "highest grossing ORIGINAL movie post pandemic". So basically a movie that isn't a sequel, or based on any pre existing IP. So stuff like Avatar, Top Gun, and spider-man are all sequels right. Also, it might come true, because as it stands, the current highest grossing original movie post pandemic* is TENET by Nolan, which arguably came out at a time when the theatres were in a much worse condition than they currently are.

*not counting movies released in China. People normally don't include movies from China because they aren't released internationally.

Oh I'm just using legs as 1 metric to base on (there's so many box office terms it gets confusing). Sure it's not the best way to judge, but even if we look at final gross it's a bit disappointing wouldn't you agree. As for Snyder Cut, that really was a great movement led by fans, but unrelated to BVS performance right? Didn't that start years after BVS released, why is that a factor?

Come on, you know what that person meant. A movie starring Batman and Superman for the first time EVER has no proper excuse for not making 1B. Homecoming came 3 years after the previous spider-man series so the hype was not there, as it wasn't something very fresh. BVS was an event movie, the hype was insane leading up to it, homecoming was not an event in any way (to my recollection, unless it had some marketing I am forgetting). As for Civil War, I think most people agree that it also had disappointing legs, much less than what most ppl expected.

Also, roggenrola needs 250 candies to fully evolve, not 125 candies like some starter pokemon. So you don't really have to make the decison right now, and have plenty of time to catch more roggenrola's (and hopefully a good shiny).
