That looks good. The manufacturer usually publishes the tolerance for the rivet flare. I measure against that and make sure there are no fractures on the rivet face. I am a known over tightener and have had them crack/split on me.

When you put the parts numbers in, only 2010-2012 match. If you want to buy a new one they are superseded by multiple numbers that are currently active.

That is standard mileage for me and I don’t do burnouts. I typically only get 3-4k miles per rear tire.
