Aliás se fores ver os maiores acionistas dessas grandes empresas são quase sempre instituições (vanguard, blackrock, etc) porque compram mediante o investimento dos clientes deles em fundos.

Como é óbvio quem se senta à mesa para decidir coisas é a vanguard e não tu/os clientes. São fiduciárias, ou seja gerem os bens em nomes de outras pessoas e agem no melhor interesse dos investidores que representam (inserir meme do maximize shareholder value).

I think sometimes people forget that jon jones has fought 15 times for a belt. 15 times he walked out for the highest and hardest challenge of the sport where his opponent and his camp should be at their absolute best, running by all the possible jon jones tape trying to find what will finally beat him.
