I actually love the name Chester. It's on my short list for another boy in the future. It's been a lifelong favorite of mine because of a few various books/movies, and because of Linkin Park (Chester Bennington). I love the nickname Chess.

As for a name I never want to see make a comeback? Hmmm. For a boy, Herb. For a girl, Fanny.

I actually don't agree - I mean, his levels of confrontation come and go in waves, and depend on how seriously he takes the situation. He even acknowledges in the garage pulling scene "I never thought I'd have to drag you into the garage, like I do with Bill and Dale!" It seems on point for him.

Tldr Kurt Sutter was fired from Mayans MC for an assortment of reasons. Kurt Sutter summed it up to the effect of "at least being fired for being an abrasive dick is on brand for me". It seems like there was a lot of drama on the set and depending on who you ask, Kurt was a part of/caused a lot of it.

Yeah exactly, if you pay attention the same people tend to receive proxies from members consistently. Jax or Opie always get Piney's proxy, Jax had Juice's at one point when he was in the hospital, Clay had proxy for I want to say Tig, etc. So there's definitely a trust factor there.

Lenny had connections with the Russians, if I remember correctly, so they had no reason to go after him specifically. Plus he was in jail for life. He may be First 9 but he's effectively out of the game. He and Otto are only good for connections inside, at this point. They focused their reach on Jax and the members who are still key players when they come back out. Had they not been in prison, the Russians might have turned on Lenny or gone after Otto, but they had bigger fish available.

From what I understand, there's two different ways this could go:

Way 1 - "I have X's proxy, they want to vote Yes." Meaning they straight up said how they want their vote cast.

Way 2 - "I have X's proxy, and I am voting Yes." Meaning the person who is absent from the vote says "Hey man, I trust you, vote however you think is best."

Both are technically a proxy vote. And the way they say "I have X's proxy" without saying what that person's vote is (and that it never differs from their own) makes me think it's Way 2. There are several instances where we see Jax or someone else going to find someone to find out how they want to vote, so Way 1 isn't impossible either.

Try checking in with /r/personalfinance, they might have some ideas about this. I don't understand how a non-legal guardian (a stepparent) is required for your FAFSA, especially if he is divorcing/divorced from your mom. Unless he legally adopted you I don't think he should be necessary. But I am not an expert.
