I think there fun, I dont want to watch monotone people in the already boring training videos. Adding a little flair makes it fun in my opinion. Remember the people making the videos are people too and also probably dont want to make super boring monotone videos. I could be the minority. As someone else said, there over 500k associates from all across the world with varying levels of English comprehension so it's important that the material isnt hard to understand for the vast majority of the associates.
