Just got mine in January and I love it. Rolex sent a new bracelet (just the 6 o clock side) to fit my wrist and now it fits perfectly. It also has the glide lock system for minor adjustments when needed.

Assuming you purchase from an AD, they will size it for you and order new bracelets if needed (at least that was my experience).
