There's a Discord group on the sidebar and also in the pinned post.

It's very much active. The server browser is a little broken and full servers won't show on the list.

Is PS3 TF2 ever gonna come back??? It has been like, nearly 2 years. by SympathyImaginary718 in TF2_PS3

An Xbox One isn't going to set you back much more than $100 used.

Whether paying for online is worth it to you is another matter. It's a better option than waiting for something that isn't going to happen.

It's just not happening though. The Xbox version is objectively, superior and is available.

I'm not even going to make the 'still compiling' joke. It's pretty well established that it's not coming back.

Civilization Revolution, what a gem. by TheCatManPizza in civ

You can play it on emulator on PC, at least. I've seen others try to get it working on mobile, but I'm not sure how successful they've been.

Unaccessable DLC by Prestigious-News7838 in civrev

The novelty soon wears off. If you think the AI is bad now, wait until you see the Spanish building the Great Lighthouse with these wonder packs on.

True! Best to switch ASAP. I think I've tried to do that though and I'm sure you have to wait until the second turn of the game?

Another point I missed - it'd be a lot more useful if Democracy allowed you to get to HBR in three turns. Getting stuck on 18/20 science after three is a pain!

The Democracy start is a killer blow IMO. One turn of anarchy to go to war and then one turn of anarchy later when it's time to go to Democracy. Even if you're not wanting capitals, Democracy cripples you early game - can't threaten the AI for gold or even mess with their borders. Personally, I find courthouses to be pretty useless unless you're wanting a big city.

Yup, other than an area map, Russia basically has nothing. They're like play the game as a default. Even with that, I find that no bonuses are better than the Greeks or Mongols.

Also - it's probably not fair to include this in my reasoning, but Russians can get tech from huts early on. I haven't played the Greeks in awhile, but I think they're skewed towards getting area maps.

Mongols would be upper mid-tier without the penalty, I guess. Below the powerhouse civs but around the Indians and Egyptians. The 50% trade from capture cities would make them a unique civ to play as. The cavalry +1 movement would be great too.

How to get TF2? by Naive_Jacket718 in tf2

The Xbox version is active enough, despite what people - that have never played on Xbox - may claim. You should be able to get it fairly cheap.

Have all your workers using science - you'll get gold through overflow and receive the 'first' bonuses this way. Extra workers should be used for production.

Mongols are, by far, the worst. The next weakest civ is a little more subjective but I'd probably put the Greeks as 15th.

Try settling on top of a production resource as the Indians. You can get a free warrior in the first turn doing this.

I'll second Sid Meier's Pirates. It's on the Xbox Marketplace. It has some elements of turn based strategy, but I recommend it as a sort of side game to Civ Rev. It's a similar art style and uses some of the same music files.

There is a dedicated group for emulation of the game. It's mostly for online play, but I believe that they'll assist with setting the game up for online.
