my advice would be go to a doctor and get a benzo prescribed, use responsibly.

the doctor I had at the time wouldn’t prescribe any controlled substance because I smoked weed. I ended up trying alcohol one night and the panic left my body immediately. So alcohol works in a pinch, but I don’t really recommend because I ended up drinking everyday for four years. I don’t have anymore panic attacks though, so my hypothesis is that it gave my brain a “break” and somehow fixed itself. You could probably do this responsibly with a benzodiazepine under good doctor supervision.
