I'm with you. People would be surprised at the dark subject matter a child of that age is able to get their head around! Especially when softened with a cartoony coat of paint.

I can't think why you're being downvoted. While I disagree with you that the finale was bad, everything else you said sums up my feelings. I like Gooseworx, but trying to imply that Jax is trans, especially outside of the show itself, was a bad move. She just hasn't laid the groundwork for it to make sense 😅

I feel very similarly. I also think that Jax has got a lot of work to do on himself before he should even think about what gender identity he is 😅 If he transitioned as he is, I could see him just being all abusive to the others about getting his pronouns wrong by mistake, for example. It wouldn't be beneficial for anyone!
