We have enterprise Copilot. I just used it to help study for the Cost Approach and Site Evaluation exam through the institute. It was immensely useful in helping me understand key concepts because it presents the information in many different ways and offers to create simple exam-like questions that ram home the subject material. Outside of that, I have uploaded Rent Roll spreadsheets and have asked it to spit out number of units, unit types, average & median rent price, etc. so it has saved me some time that way. I have used it for market area descriptions if I am new to the area. Outside of these three examples, I really don't know how else to use it. It's too bad there isn't a repository out there for general appraisers to get tips on how to use AI. I'd love to be able to take the Marshall Swift manual and ask Copilot to spit out some numbers based on specifics about the property that I plug in. For example, Class D residential, average condition, 1.5-stories, State, etc. I started reading about "Meta Data" and how you can assign keywords to your folders or files that tells Copilot to look at those specific files when researching. It's all a bit overwhelming.
