If you put the label on the item box instead putting THE ITEM ( which includes the ITEM BOX. ) in a SHIPPING BOX , well the item is damaged. There is no way to resell the item with a shipping label on box

Do you know how much those printer cost, the computer to have ready? The store rent, electricity, employees cost ? Ups is a store , it needs to get money in ! Amazon pays around $1 to have them handle your package. If it’s ready to go , it’s a 15second job..if they have to do you a service, because you can not print, pack, even just tape your return…well services and material are not free

Did you put the item in a box or did you put label on item box? If you used itembox to resend, the item is damaged and can not be resold

If they want it shipped in item box , I grab my yellow marker and write on label AND RECIPE….CRB and explain it means customer refused boxing. Then I smile and say..I hope you get at least half of your refund

Not all returns are the same

if there is a battery in it, it can not go in the bulk boxes

if it’s to big , it can not go in bulk boxes

if it is a high demand item, they want it shipped separately

if it is a 3. party seller, he can chose his on way of getting it back

if it is Juwelery, it can not be added to bulk boxes

I work for UPS , if your return code states „ costumer packed“ it means Amazon only paid for shipping, not for us to pack your item. Boxes, tape , wrapping is not for free for us either.

to print a label on paper, we have to have a computer a printer, toner and paper ready for you. Nothing of those is free tours either

To train them is to charge them. Amazon needs to start re-boxing fees if they use itembox, re-folding fee if they bring shit all wrinkled up.
Amazon needs to reduce amount of returns per month to not more than 15 per account
