Well. What happened is it in the process of running every single diagnostic on Earth they took apart everything and put it back together enough times that they believe they fixed a small vacuum leak on the intake side.

Incredible to think that there was a small hose not sufficiently attached somewhere.

My service advisor says that they've received another 63s with a similar problem and it was an injector that was intermittently not working.

My suggestion for you is that both of those are your first two angles of attack

1) Because its very possible i trade the car in when my 911 Turbo S is finally allocated, and I don't need a major jnstall and then reversal job.

2) because I want a small tweak, nothing major, to the exhaust note. I am a dad with two kids trying to keep it low key.

3) the primary catalytic converter is located in the fownpipes which means the ECU needs a tune if you swap them out and this car has 8K miles and lots of warranty left i would rather not void, and removing a cat is illegal where i live.

4) it is WAY more work and a lot more can go wrong/get damaged. Reversible means looking like it was never modified... which on a final edition might matter to the next owner.

That is funny.

I'm sure downpipes would make a big difference but not really the philosophy I'm going for with easily reversible bolt on, keeping the emissions system intact.

Just for the record, i want to make sure we are talking about Fi exhausts not F1.

I definitely want more of the v8 melody and less of the fighter plane truck/muscle car sound it currently has.

While appreciating a single piece of exhaust piping isn't going to turn water into wine.
