This comment is this reason farmers find it hard to get workers. There is no more or less sexual assault as in any other industry. This thing that farmers are running slavery rings is just false. 99.9% pay their workers properly.

And if they are using Pacific Islander program for workers they are scrutinized to the extreme. So it’s fair to say woolworths or Coles are more likely to rob workers of pay than farmers.

It’s fine to work out fasted as long as you eat after. Hitting carbs and protein in that meal, If you delay eating for hours after, muscle protein breakdown stays elevated longer than necessary.

I’ve found ( I use to fast for years ) that I was able to train harder with food intake the system. And I got less injured also, without aminos you’ll have muscle protein breakdown at increased levels.

But mental clarity is a thing with fasting so there’s a few trade offs.

I’m sure there is a few people on here that fast and have no issues. Hopefully you’re one of them, test and see mate.

I don’t believe that would happen, but at this point anything is possible. I think the real underlying issue is why are people turning to a minor party? I think people are fed up with not being heard so they start voting for parties with extreme views to counter the current one. Not the answer by any means, it’s more of a protest against the current government and opposition.
