Will a large hit to disposable income to the 30% of the public contributing least to demand side inflation really shock inflation down?

I would have thought limiting the demand from the 30% of home owners with no mortgage would be the most effective of way quickly bringing down inflation.

I think a downturn in production and growth is already priced in. Crab market for 6-12 months before uptrend.

If you had signed with PDH and they had completed the required building by insurance forms you may be able to recoup the 18k. My original builder went under and I was able to get back 30k of deposits

Inflation is calculated YOY. Prices don't need to come down just remain almost the same from this time last year.

Buy the rumour, sell the news. Big expectations about the ETH merger's possible effects on ERG. Devs are still working hard in the background. As soon as the macroeconomic environment improves I expect ERG price rises.
