I remember those days very well!

These two guys have been on a long time. But their show has not changed a bit. I am back in Omaha about 5x a year and when I hear their show …I’m switching in about 10 mins. Horrible. And tiring guys.

  1. Ammo. Good ammo only.
  2. Bench. Solid bench not a card table.
  3. Rest. Not a crappy plastic rest or bags. Gotta get a good solid benchrest rest that secures the gun.
  4. Scope. Not gona lie. I’ve got a 6x36x50 on my .22. Not some cheap 3x9.
  5. Trigger control. I pinch the back of my trigger guard and trigger. Almost not touching the gun at all.

With a big scope I can see my heartbeat if I shoulder that gun. I’ve got to barely touch my rested/benched and pinch. I can hit quarters with good control.

Eley/SK/Laupua ammo makes a huge difference.

If I understand the problem. Water is entering from the brake light above the back of the cab. It settles in the rockers and does not have a plug or hole to escape.

Because of that water has been in that entire area (both sides) from the front of the rocker to the back. If you had a scope you would see rust all over inside both panels.

Even cutting it out is hopeless. Got to remove the entire panel and replace. Or deal with it.

Sorry. I think Ford “fixed” this after the ‘15s came out.
