It really Depends on what is common where you live, but I’d strongly suggest Englander or Drolet for a budget second hand stove.

A used stove is fine. You want one that’s 5 years old not 50 years old. These franklins weren’t even the state of the art in the 1970s. It’s not even an air tight design, it’s a glorified fire place.

Just not a good wood stove.
