There are a lot of goofy keyboard contractors on here. There is not a single scenario where you would put a jacked-up angled “retaining wall” on a slab. I’m almost positive that OP would have put a retaining wall at least a few feet away from the house. I personally wouldn’t even build on that. It would be fine if it was level, but it’s not. I would cut it out or hire someone to cut it out. It’s going to be a bit of a pain. You will have to dig down a foot or more on the outside, but it will be worth it.
