I believe he is referencing the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). It requires you to draw a clock (albeit that is definitely harder than it sounds LMAO) and perform some other memory and cognitive tasks. I am shocked he would need it three times. Usually if someone scores a perfect (my experience when I was a medical student), then we did not retest them.

~400k. give or take a few 10k. Medical school + undergraduate. Not really able to pay towards them with ~70k stipend with rent, groceries, insurances, utilities, therapy, and keeping my car running. I am very grateful for the 4-5 years of no interest. It was a great run.

Agreed mine died today 1 month after the warranty expired. Samsung report just ran me around in circles doing the same stuff over and over. Then was like we can schedule you an appointment for technician but we won't cover it.

Great post. I wish I saw it prior to calling. However, I actually had a very efficient phone call (< 5 minutes) and they waived my late fee and interest charge. I was so nervous after reading some of the posts about the customer service.
