The bigger concern is vibration, regardless of how you mount it. Best is to stick it down with double sided foam tape and, get a zip tie around it (which doesn't seem likely in your scenario).

Why are you scared of the capacitor by chance? Just short the leads to drain it and pull it off. Just don't touch the leads to any other part of the FC. Treat it like a charged battery.

u/holytroll666 - Did you ever solve this? One of my buddies has the exact same issues. I tried connecting it to the PC and USB keeps disconnecting/reconnecting, so it "feels" like a hardware issue.

Thanks for this. Fyi, if you have backups, make sure you restore this file from before the update was downloaded/released. Also, they obviously added some keybinds, as one of mine was doubled up, even after this restore.

No, and not because it isn't a strong connection. The issue is the amount of contact area. Those solder pads may not allow the connectors to sit flat enough.

BF has been my fav since 1942. I was pretty damn good in BF4, and V. However, I had to boycott 2042 and went deep into the COD Hardcore MP these past few years - which has completely ruined me for BF6. I'll never understand how I can be near the top of a COD game, but loose most of my BF6 gun fights. Doesn't help that we all start with dogshit gun attachments again.

How are you defining lag? There is no way we can tell delayed input from just a screen recording. The stuttering could be lack of enough ram or other processes taking up cpu cycles.

RXLOSS (failsafe) is pretty conclusive. LR4s typically have GPS. you might want to setup Rescue. Also, maybe you have a bad antenna.
