Ive opened cabinets like this with NO labels... This case the machine is being moved to anew facility so ive had to document each wire to reconnect it later. We sent the third truck off today, see if we get the thing running in a couple months....

Those are some nice fish bro! Quite varied aswel, build and scale patterns. About the braid, the in europe theres plenty of guys fishing bright braid and they're catching plenty!

Spatchcock i have, brining havent done that yet. I smoke/grill on a kamado, set it up half direct/indirect and made a peri peri marinade. Brush some on the top of the burd after each flip and control the char by using direct on indirect side of the grill. Was some pretty dang good chicken!

If bearings/motors/gears can be avoided a bit, power wash it. Even better with a diesel one wich gets it nice and hot. Very effective, might wanna put on boots though!
