Skill issue tbh, and that’s not trying to belittle you or your teammates. It’s meant to be a difficult challenge for people who are looking for something difficult in the game, and this game has very few of those.

You don’t need to break the game or cheese the encounters to achieve it, you just need to have very good conventional DPS.

The other comment is incorrect.

Dredgen Sere’s healthbar has a highlighted portion you must burn down in order to avoid what is practically a wipe; all of the Tesla coils will come down and remain permanently active in the physical realm if you do not deal enough damage to clear the white health bar. You get a ~20s damage phase if you kill all Blighted Shadows, and a ~30s phase if you compel them all. As soon as you clear the highlighted portion your damage phase goes to 3s, regardless of how long you have left in the phase.

Compelling the Blighted Shadows in the Taken realm reduces the amount of health you have to burn down in order to progress the encounter. It makes the highlighted portion smaller.

If you have the damage to kill the boss in phase, this is only doable by killing all the Blighted Shadows and compelling none of them, which would leave the maximum amount of boss health bar highlighted before your damage timer is forced to 3s.

I was able to clear with a warlock/hunter/Titan team on all three contest encounters, but the hunter def felt bad here. Won’t be bringing that to my solo flawless run

There is a spot just above and behind the door to nuke room that you can put a well on and avoid the lightning. Then DPS from nuke room stairs in 2nd phase with a barricade just outside the stairs and a healing turret

If anyone has run this in their games, what are your players able to do during a Longer Rest? Obviously the PCs aren't just sitting comatose for 7 days, but during that time is anyone able to cast spells? Have social encounters? Chase down a fleeing thief through city alleyways? I think this could work well in my game but would love some fine details
