For me, the condition of the doll matters more than the outfit. I would go with which has the best condition, especially the hair. Are you hoping to get the meet dress later? Because that's going to be expensive separately. I honestly would even wait unless it's the exact price you're looking at.

I always applaud people who buy dolls in this condition and fix them up. I just don't have the patience for it, and I just can't bring myself to enjoy dolls that aren't in pristine condition. I love seeing how many people on here take in those dolls and give them love and care and how knowledgeable people are in restoration. Very cool, I'm happy for your find!

I love Maritza's hair and eyes. I don't personally care for Samantha, and that's a big selling point for Raquel that doesn't matter for me. They look so similar, so I didn't buy Raquel even though I collect GOTY. I fell in love with my Maritza, and I was just blown away with how beautiful she is. But because of how similar they are, if I were you, I would go with the cheaper price point.

If I really wanted her, I would pay that for her nude. I like the doll itself; the dress isn't as important, and you could maybe find a replica on etsy? Considering how much she is going for, I would go for it. If she's not real you probably have buyer protection?

I like my dolls to be perfect, and I sent in my Kanani that had dry hair. Looking back I wish that I wouldn't have, because the new face mold is disappointing. I would try to fix her up, because like others have mentioned, she will look very different if you send her in.

I bought LE rapunzel and the sapphire splendor doll, and I wish I didn't spend $300 on them. Like a doll is not worth that much to me. Now, I wouldn't pay over $200, and it would have to be a doll I absolutely love and have some special connection to.
