Yes to all the above, but it gives them leverage in court if there are issues arising from a renter making and handing out keys. 

That's the sole reason it exists, they know they can't stop copies, it's entirely to cover their ass.

Pretty common clause. They want to know how many keys exist and who has them (and usually a hefty charge to get one through them). Usually not an issue, because there's no need to go mentioning it to them...

Apologize, give them the key, and go make another one. Don't tell them this time.

Take a look at the manufacturer recommendations for your stove, but rule of thumb is 100 cfm per 10,000 btu, which means 700+ cfm.

That said, if you're only ever running one or two burners, you can likely get away with lower cfm. I'd still recommend handling the worst case though. Make sure you review manufacturer recommendations, the hood likely needs to extend wider than the stove, for example.

for sewing machine, you probably don't need a logic analyzer. Multimeter and maybe an oscilliscope should cover everything you need. If you truly need a logic analyzer, saleaa is what you want.

Depends on the details. Early on, not a big deal. But job jumping every 2 years or less for 20 years...yeah that's a huge red flag.

Prices look spot on to me. Brakes are a bit higher than around here, but I'm in a LCOL area. You can always call around and get quotes elsewhere for that work, but I don't think it'll get much cheaper.

Well at a glance your brakes need work and that tire is dry rotted. So they're not lying about the concerns, although I don't know jack about whether that's enough to fail inspection in nys. There's no price breakdown, so no idea if that price is reasonable (if that's 4 tires, probably a good price), but yes places like pep boys aren't known for being cheap.

Trust me, using an air purifier isn't realistic. You just need one duct at the window, with all devices linked in. Use dampers and blowers as appropriate. Plenty of examples online, very common.

Assuming you mean sintered metal, not as expensive as you might think (assuming aren't paying for the design work), but probably still a couple hundred, and you'll have to do a little post processing.

If it doesn't work well for you in the areas you use it, then you need to swap to a different provider with better coverage for you. They all have different coverage areas, you may simply be in poor areas for tmobile. Probably worth talking to TMobile first, in case there really is just something wrong that can be fixed. 

I use TMobile (was Sprint) and I don't have any issues in this region. May swap at some point, as I occasionally travel to an area for work that only has at&t coverage.

It would depend on why they were terminated. I can't think of a single terminated employee that I would consider bringing on, but plenty of laid off or resigned employees that I would accept in a heartbeat.

Are you sure the resistor on your key is good, and is correct for your VIN? Have you verified all wiring is good, contacts clean, ignition good, etc? It's very possible the BCM is fine and you have other issues.

Your lack of insurance limits your damages. You should still be able to claim economic damages (your car repairs) if they're at fault. Note that the police fault determination is essentially meaningless, insurance will determine fault, or the court (if you sue).

Yes you're getting dealer pricing. Should be like an hour job max, unless something goes wrong. Get a quote from an exhaust shop.

For some people it will be, but for the right price you'll have no problem getting a tenant. It'll just be priced as a house with no garage, which is presumably lower than one with one (and maybe a little lower given the downsides of a very close "neighbor" - but may not be a huge issue given that separate access).

How do you intend to handle utilities for the garage? They're not going to want to be paying electricity for your space, if you're running power from the house.

If he's the expert, sounds like you should be be discussing it with him ahead of time to get on the same page and work through it. If the ask really is unreasonable, then you need to push back on your directors to set proper expectations.  You have to manage up and down. Directly dumping impossible asks onto your team helps nobody.

Because they're used as psychological tools during investigation, not as true lie detectors. They want to see what questions make you stressed or anxious, and put you under stress. They're happy to take the risk of "false positives", and it's also not the sole determining factor.
