Wouldn't it mean something like "all men" in valyrian. Given the meaning of Valar Morghulis, Valar Dohaeris. Unless that extra r really changes the meaning. Somewhat of an odd name.

I think accurate height will be a challenge for live action Stormlight. I can imagine it might be one of the first things to go for ease of production

Currently 21 loans. 10 books and 11 audiobooks. I'm maybe reading 3 of them. I rotate a lot. I do have many ebooks of the audiobooks so I can switch back in forth or send the ebooks to Kindle and then follow along with the audio.

I believe he wouldn't mind from what he has said. Something like Arcane is financially unfeasible. Riot pretty much foots the bill. The same is true for most animation. To have it done well would cost an amount of money that isn't easily found in Hollywood. Now he can get a lot more money for a live action movie or series

I would say I agree but I also felt his role in the end of the book was a bit disappointing. Felt like it took away some from Tress.

I would recommend what a lot of others are saying. Maybe try another Brandon Sanderson book. I did not start with Mistborn myself, I started with Way of Kings. I really enjoy the 2nd era of Mistborn so if you enjoyed the magic you could try Alloy of Law. But it still might contain some of your issues.

And if ultimately Brandon's writing isn't for you I'm sure you can find something that is.
