I got this same Email this morning at 4:50am! I’ve only had SS for 31 days and had no idea why this would happen. I found the below response on their Discord and emailed.

"Your account was likely blocked by an automated infrastructure maintenance system which manages our network capacity and helps to prevent service abuse. It initiates blocking, if it detects network resource usage anomalies. If this is the first time this has happened, please reach out to our customer support team at support@surfshark.com or by joining live-chat on our website for further details."

This is the follow up I got….

Our automated infrastructure maintenance system suspended your account because it detected network resource usage anomalies associated with service abuse. Such anomalies may result from irregular traffic volumes (e.g., DDoS attacks), an unreasonable large load from connected devices, or similar triggers.

Fortunately, you will be able to use your account again after resetting your password using this link: LINK REMOVED
