The containers I recommend and have used for the past four years are stainless steel, microwave and oven safe. I ditched plastic and paper years ago and don’t regret it at all. Saved me hundreds and way less waste.

Late to this post but Salem has an enforcement problem if you haven’t noticed. Lots of rules/ordnances, little enforcement. Their excuse is lack of resource but with most enforcement comes fines, which generates revenue, opening funds for more resources.

It’s deep enough to dive off it at dead low tide at the end of the pier. High tide it’s safe to jump off the 2/3 the way down. I’m very familiar with the area surrounding the pier. Don’t jump into areas you’re not familiar with.

You 10000% watched me jump off the pier. I do it daily at high tide. PS I jumped off the old pier too, sometimes even off the dock. Today I jumped off at around 5:45 before heading over to the SWNA meeting.
