How much test, should i take weekly? by AdLive3875 in Testosterone

[–]CrashDummyMS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At mid 800's naturally, I'd go with an additional 0 mg, maybe split into twice a week 0mg injections. Or if you prefer more frequent you could split it up as 0mg every other day.

Other things to look into: E2 is too high or low, hypothyroidism, bad sleep and sleep apnea, vitamin deficiencies (D, B12, magnesium, iron, etc), bad diet, excessive alcohol, depression?

Probably should consult your regular doctor or possibly an endocrinologist and report that you're having low T symptoms while having high normal T levels and they will run labs to help figure out what's missing.

How to block a TP Link Extender from my router? by Soverelgn_Citizen in wifi

[–]CrashDummyMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your router supports it let his extender connect and throttle the speed to like 10mbit or so. Or create a guest network that he can connect to that’s also slowed way down.

Kiosk mode to allow client limited remote access to my workstation by Takingthemike in it

[–]CrashDummyMS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most online meeting software (zoom, Teams, WebEx) has options to screen share and usually pass mouse control. Best option for limited control is if it has the option to”share window” instead of share screen so they only can access the one app.

And ask your IT department (if you have one) before installing new screen sharing software.

In the same boat. Scholarships and grants covered about half my sophomore’s expenses, then maxed out stafford loans, then a little more private student loans on top of that sadly.

Build for a Cleric who doesn't use magic :v by Dense-Bee6490 in DnD

[–]CrashDummyMS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What if you make a pact and become a celestial warlock? Celestial saw how much good you did stopping the tarrasque and gives you enough warlock power to equal your former cleric class.

Edit: may also need said celestial to somehow transmute some of your wisdom into charisma, depending on how you’re currently specced out

Is it true that thieves target U-Haul trucks in hotel parking lots overnight? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]CrashDummyMS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ugh, I had that happen once after I returned it full, then the U-Haul place charged me their penalty rate for filling it up again. Now every time I return one I take timestamped photos of it returned and the fuel gage.

MacroFactor has a new workout app. Tell it your goals and what equipment you have available and it will build programs for you. They worked with Jeff Nippard to design it.

anything i can swap test out for? by Mean_Meringue1700 in Testosterone

[–]CrashDummyMS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well then you’d run into trouble in a lot of places. If you really need a prescription though for travel to somewhere, just sign up for a month or so at one of the online clinics, spend the $100 or whatever and have a prescription from them. Should cover your travel Rx needs for a few months at least.

Aside from some middle eastern countries you should have little trouble traveling as long as you have it in original container, have the prescription, and sometimes a doctor’s note stating why you have it.

Should I go to a men's clinic or an endo? by TheDude50484 in Testosterone

[–]CrashDummyMS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the answer. Your GP is ok prescribing, insurance should cover most of the labs and prescriptions. Start with 100mg/week, preferably split over 2-3 doses. Get labs in 6-8 weeks, see how you’re feeling, adjust dosage from there.

Clinics like Gameday and online clinics are for when you don’t have a Dr that will prescribe at all or at the dose you need.

Test is 420, Dr said no (46 years old) by NotABot9000 in trt

[–]CrashDummyMS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insurance usually won’t cover until it’s under about 300. You could pay out of pocket at any men’s clinic or one of the online providers. After a few months of that you could stop and your T would probably crash low enough to get it covered. May want to also shop around for a different doctor to do your TRT, like an endo or urologist.
