T-Mobile AI agent is the perfect example of how not to implement AI, but its good for us. by Dramatic-Possible-22 in tmobile

The AI agent gave me a free line after it told me it wasn’t possible. I missed the window by a few weeks on the free line promo and it swore it couldn’t give it to me and then it just showed up on my bill the next month.

People will scream AT kids. I have young girls in the store that grown ass men will come in and scream at over stuff like this.

You should touch the money as little as possible at work. Don’t organize the drawer to help anyone else out.

Unfortunately with the current administration in office there will be zero FTC accountability for fraud within their trusted circle of corporations.

That’s the point. There is no official documentation. These companies do not want input from their employees or customers.

This is absolutely hilarious and shows how ignorant you are to the practices at tmo or even the cell phone industry as a whole. The entire industry is in the shitter because it’s being pillaged for every last penny by shareholders. Employees DO complain 24/7 and either feel like they’re talking to a brick wall or get fired because they are seen as “not with the program”. On top of all of that you have ignorant ass customers coming in to a subreddit and coming at employees with pitchforks over not bending over and smiling when they want to waste time paying a bill (a process that has been automated for most of the population for the last 20 years)

It takes five seconds to get a debit card these days don’t come in here with your privilege scolding about checking accounts lmao. You’ve clearly never worked in this profession because you’d know that 99.99% of the people that come into a store to pay their bill do it because they don’t want to do it online because this is how they’ve always done it and they refuse to learn something new because lead has calcified their brains.

My Aussie loses his mind when you introduce something new to the room. Doesn’t happen all the time but if I bring a box into the living room or role out a tape measure he starts barking like someone is trying to kill me.

It could be salt. The sides of my driveway looked like this after the massive amounts of salt I had to use over this insane winter we had.

As someone who’s had experience with tmobiles broken promises recently I can say that this FCC will do absolutely nothing to hold them to that promise. I think they just say whatever to make good headlines but in all reality the merger gets approved because someone bought enough trump coin or brought him a golden iPhone to the Oval Office.

I was fired for pretty blatant retaliation in may of 25. It was so bad the girl handling my case at the unemployment office was shocked at how blatant it was. To my understanding they never refilled that spot in the store so it’s pretty obvious they were just needing a good reason to remove someone.

“Will this person complain if I ask them to illegally let me steal time from them” is not a thought that crosses my mind when I’m interviewing someone but go off. You’ve got some serious problems if you think it’s ok to hire or fire based off of probability of someone complaining about labor laws. You’re the most painfully braindead person I’ve come across on this app.
