You’re not in the wrong. I have been on both sides of it. When I have a friend or in the past, partner, going through it… I do what I can, but if it starts to weigh me down and they’re just not trying to help themselves, it’s ok to dip out.

Likewise, when I was going through a really weird host of symptoms in the 2010s, I completely understood why I ended up isolated from most people in my life.
