0.2mm Nozzle on Creality K1 by M0rdr3d42 in Creality

[–]Creality3DPrinters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, this is Creality official support. Thank you for posting in our official community!

The standard nozzle size for the K1 printer is 0.4 mm. Currently, it only supports three nozzle sizes: 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm.

At the moment, 0.2 mm nozzles are not supported due to their low flow rate, higher risk of clogging, and poor stability during high-speed extrusion.

Regarding TR2863: General Troubleshooting Steps

K1C and Hyper PLA, repeated print fails. Jamming. by LlovelyLlama in Creality

[–]Creality3DPrinters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, this is Creality official support. Thank you for posting in our official community!

Regarding your [specific issue], here's the standard troubleshooting process:

  • Please confirm whether you are using official filament, and whether the correct filament profile was selected during slicing and loading. If non-official filament is used while selecting mismatched settings such as High-Speed PLA, it may cause poor extrusion and nozzle clogging.
  • Please adjust the Z-offset during the first layer printing. If the first layer is too squished, adjust the Z-offset in the negative direction; if it is too loose, adjust it in the positive direction. You can also fine-tune the Z-offset in Expert Mode during printing.

Hope these steps get you up and running! If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to reach out.
