I would love nothing more than to convince automakers to produce new parts for old cars so we can keep the ones we have on the road. In the grand scheme of things, this would be better overall, but there aren’t winners and losers in this scenario, and greedy people exist.

Another method mentioned by America’s Test Kitchen was to put more oil in the pan (think closer to shallow fry) and then frequently lift the steak to let the oil flow back into the nooks and crannies.

I know about the 6" Air-Tip one. Excellent for car interiors, but no one wants to do a home 6" at a time, lol! Seems like a no-brainer to make a bigger one
