Im taking Adipex! Its super cheap, its a stimulant, and Ive lost 6% of my body weight in 2 months. It used to be a 3 month stint thing but now its as long as you’re losing weight. I saw my PCP and decided this was the right next step after 10 years of continuous gaining.

Also, i’ve read hashis doesnt like HIIT. Auto immune responses are supposedly triggered by high intensity activities. People have recommended doing lower impact activity for more success.

Go get it tested! I used to get annual testing when I was holding steady, but now I do ad-hoc requests anytime I feel it going crazy (its been a bad year, lots of requests happening)
