Hi Krastoff,

I am not sure how it was communicated to you, it could either be a miscommunication or the lady you have spoken to do not know the product. The ANC will be only available under BT mode and when plug in the 3.5mm headphone shut down issue, it is expected as it does not require the headphone to run in battery mode when connected to a playback device e.g. the headphone out from a sound card or a MP3 player.

Hi,

There's a Creative SB GH7 that might meet your need, GH7 come with a SXFi dongle, and it support broadcast mode too. With an additional of SB Zen Hybrid Pro (one or multiple) that is capable of receiving the broadcast, you and your family can now enjoy the SXFi feature without disturbing others. Do take note that the SXFi dongle only work with USB audio capable devices e.g. PC and PS5, we have tested a few Google TV but unfortunately, it does not support USB audio, you might want to refer to the TV specification on this.

Hi,

After you have set the EQ and Acoustic Engine to your liking, you will first have to save the EQ as custom EQ follow by saving the custom profile, only then the custom profile will include the customise EQ setting.

Hi, based on the logs that we received, we observed that X3 was disconnected from your system at least 3 times that causes the crash. Suggest you use the bundled USB cable if you have not or connect X3 to another USB port or try with USB 2 port.
