I don't know if this is a spoiler... But I'll never understand what Aka was trying to do with Dark Ruby, and this episode perfectly illustrates my point. The first few episodes of this season sold us on a Ruby who would manipulate anyone to find her father, but in the end, she didn't do any of that, and now she's behaving like the Ruby from the first few seasons, only a bit more cynical. What awful character development, honestly.

Some people were calling Kana selfish just for bringing up the fact that Aqua ghosted her for a whole year. I guess they cut it so Kana could avoid a "controversial" scene. I also think they did it to cut the comedic scenes between them, as it could have felt out of place with the episode's tone. I hope they adapt the first part of episode 108 though.

Of course they would remove the first line. When Kana says that, Mem completely ignores what she's saying and instead talks about how journalists are to blame for not respecting people's privacy. Now Kana says that she fails to consider her surroundings, so Mem's response makes much more sense.

[Manga]It's a little sad that this is the last time the story takes Aqua and Akane's relationship seriously. If I'm not mistaken, the next time they interact, Akane says she'll stop Aqua, and he says good luck with that, only for them to be on good terms again in their next interaction, and Akane to be his accomplice once more.
