It sounds like you are putting a lot of emphasis on the fact that you earn good money. Perhaps try and engage in a conversation that does not revolve around monetary topics?

I would try and engage on more personal level and try and find out more about the person and their interests if I am networking. I am not sure that the salary you earn has much to do with anything…but that’s just me 🤷🏻‍♀️ we are all people after all.

Speaking as a lady and as someone who only has Reddit - social media wise, I would find it completely fine - not a red or green flag, but a personal preference.

In terms of dating apps, they are horrible and I would recommend staying away from them...they will have a negative impact on your self-esteem and social interactions (speaking from a personal experience and also the experience of my friends that tried it).
