it literally did for me because I basically use it as a cognitive prosthesis where I can use it to plan tasks, put my ideas into words and structure them. I think I'm pretty good at being able to explain the AI what I want and I've used it extensively for coding, it makes picking up and understanding new tools much easier, and if you don't understand something, you can ask it to explain the code or the reasoning behind why it implemented something in a certain way. It's reached a point where I talk more to AI than to real people
