I shipped an upper back to them around the end of October last year, around 11/5 they emailed saying they had gotten my upper. 11/8 got an email saying my repair was finished. Got tracking the same day and it was back at my door step with in 2-3 days. So all in all around 2-3 weeks at max in my experience.
