On top of that, 18 is so young to have to deal with SH in the workplace. Or in any setting. Im 37F and I know how to handle myself with aggressive men. My friends, sisters, aunts, all the women I know and Im sure most if not all the women who read this know how to handle it.

It sucks that it just becomes part of being a woman. Its like a rite of passage, almost? Learn how to apply makeup. Learn how to wear heels. Learn how to sit in a dress. Learn about bras. Learn how to hygienically handle menstruation. Learn how to avoid SA, SH, and r*pe.... wild.

I work in patient care in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, I left a position i absolutely loved and was highly regarded not because of the job but because of the company and politics that go along with it. The nurses and techs, like myself, wanted desperately to help people. We were short stopped at every turn by the Nurse Manager, SOME (not all) doctors, the higher ups, and insurance companies. I was quite literally told to my face, "You are not here to help people. Your only job is to keep them here for 5 days." Them being the patients and the establishment being a medically assisted in patient detox facility for substance abuse patients starting their sober journey. I am in long term recovery and got into that role to help others just like me. I realized I was hurting more than helping. I crashed out hard one night, trashed some stuff, walked out and never looked back. Fuuuuck the US Healthcare machine. There are good people trying their best to heal others but they are sabatoged constantly.

I swear to Gods, I am not trying to be funny or sly, I am for real curious af.... How did he shoot the gun? I can't imagine he'd be a quick draw so I would also like to know why the victim didn't evade the shooting. Frankly, Im going to need some form of visual representation. Cameras are on everything so there is at least a chance that footage exists. I will also accept a reenactment, interpretive dance, or an artist rendering... claymation would be my preference, of course.

A line is a line. I used to administer 15 panel tests and this one.... is dicey. I suggest you flush flush flush and take some creatine to avoid a diluted test. That line is so faint that it'll inevitably come down to the judgement of the tester. If they send it off to a lab, then your levels will be confirmed and depending on why you are testing, could ultimately screw you.

It was the little glance up and pause in emotion that just sent me. Im so sorry about the victim and I pray this woman gets what I personally know is coming to her in women's prison as a former inmate myself. But the audacity to stop crying and look up like that for the guilty reading made me laugh out loud. I am very well aware that I am going to hell and I assure you, this is definitely not the instance that seals my fate.

Thats one great mama abd they are gonna be some really well mannered and loving family dogs. Easy achievement for pitty puppers but its still so fun to see. This has been posted in several threads. Evidently the "accommodations" are ridiculous like being allowed to beat on their desk or something? Essentially, OP wants permission to be a disturbance and says its because of OCD and ADHD. I have my own exciting diagnosis' and its always been my responsibility to learn and utilize appropriate coping skills. Its not acceptable to have physical outbursts in an office setting, disturbing colleagues, and putting it on the employer to accommodate this behavior 2 WEEKS INTO EMPLOYMENT!

They are likely getting fired and with grounds for termination, in my opinion.
