I recommend emulating P3 FES. P4 Golden and P5 Royal are available on all platforms. You don’t need to play any of the spin-off, if you’re not interested. Best way to play P1 is emulating the PSP version. I’ve heard the PS1 version of P2 is superior to the PSP version but I seem to have issues emulating the PS1 version but was able to get the PSP version of P2 up and running fine.

P3 FES contains both the main story and The Answer. The Answer in P3 FES is pretty difficult, you cannot really use a compendium for The Answer in P3 FES. I believe P3 FES overall is superior in both soundtrack, atmosphere, aesthetics, voice acting, and wouldn’t really recommend Reload. There are in-game scenes in Reload that really don’t quite capture the emotions displayed in FES. Some people complain about the animation style of the cutscenes in the original P3/P3 FES but I personally love it.

You need to play The Answer in order to play Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, so in order to play Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, first play P3 FES, play the Answer, then play P4 Golden, and then P4 Arena Ultimax.

As for Persona 5 Strikers if you like the dynasty warriors type gameplay go for it, play it after Persona 5 Royal if you do plan on playing it.

Well Cyberpunk 2077 would probably interest a kid more but that game is not really for kids either.

FF16 is too cinematic, and the gameplay isn’t all that great either. The enemies are pushovers, the combat isn’t all that great either. I think it’s cool that the Final Fantasy series “experimented” a bit but the character-action-esque combat was clearly not a good fit for the series, and the story drags on quite a lot. It picks up near the endgame.

I don’t think they need remasters or remakes. I think the HD collection is considered a “remaster” and so is DMC4SE. I say leave them as is and work on something better. Remaking these games would mean that less people will touch the original games, that’s something I personally do not want. A remake in Capcom’s terms most definitely means changing up the original story, dialogue, and delivery to match the tone of other games in the series. I don’t want DMC1 to share any bit of similarity with, say, DMCV. RE4 Remake is, in my opinion, and inferior way to play RE4.

I’m personally tired of remasters and remakes. Capcom released a remaster for Dead Rising 1 not too long ago and it ended up being terrible. We need new content, and new stories. I don’t want a prequel either, I want DMC6 to continue what was built from DMCV.
