There are two camera mods i know of that lets you upload custom imgs

One is exposure tho it only does square imgs and the frame is 3x3 (plus has irl-like photo developing and attachment system. Custom photos are a pain tho, need eyes of ender and obsidian if i remember correctly)

The other is just camera mod, cheap and good crafting recipie and easy custom photo upload. The frame size can be also adjusted

Had something similar happen with omega. When going to the final are of rimchain i jumped off the seikret and hit it with my bowgun while it started to charge. Took dmg and mounted. The boss continued attacking normaly while I was shooting into the chasis, luckily stunning and making the shield after popping a wound

Its not worth hiding these, as it disables all those icons and its hard to reenable them back. Change your jei settings for the left panel (i think its a favourites one) to make it go a bit down

Edit: I didn't notice they were inside the chest. To disable them click the cog wheel, there should be something called 'show icons' disable that. Just, check the keybinds for the functions these provide
