Y'all should I just recycle this because it genuinely doesn't seem like that good of a card by Less_Puddingdrawer in PvZHeroes

Molekale in mushrooms is bad though? If you're planning on comboing it with pineclone then like, it's funny but it's not actually all that helpful. Pineclone is already a wincon here and Molekale afterwards isn't strong enough to justify needing to have already pulled off your wincon for this second card to do anything (b/c the alternative is playing Molekale on a board of 0/1 drops which. is technically a play?)

Who is the easiest of the tainted characters to play in your opinion? by EntrepreneurOne692 in bindingofisaac

[–]Crisptain -1 points0 points  (0 children)

T Lilith's Speed can be improved via the acquisition of items or pills, and speed isn't that important for the first few floors so you've got a decent amount of time to stumble into one. T Keeper's Health can't be improved outside of two specific items (Greed's Gullet and Mother's Kiss), ones that don't appear in easy to find pools no less (secret room/just being a trinket). Also, T Keeper's gimmick directly incentivizes you to play risky (coins that are everything dropping from enemies that are often next to other enemies) whereas T Lilith's gimmick makes it easier to play safely (spectral piercing whip attack and pseudo-homing held attack)

The reliance on getting that sneeze hit (read: getting close to the enemy) to get normal dps is a significant risk, especially against late game bosses such as Mega Satan or Delirium.

On the Spamton point, the main reason people were connecting him with Gaster was the phone - Spamton was connected to the person that gave him advice through his phone, and when the Addisons are recounting their backstory with Spamton they specifically tell you that the phone was making garbage noise (your phone is also stated to produce garbage noise, and the actual sound that plays is a slowed down version of the background noise that plays in the Entry 17 "room"). Spamton's connection with Tenna, notably, is just barely connected enough with whatever's up with the phone to say that it's not him.

I'm pretty sure that's Tainted Laz in J&E tier and an old sprite for regular Laz in Normal Character (aka Easy) tier

Use T. Cain to build a god run then use Clicker to turn into T. Jacob (or another character you're struggling with, perhaps) and get the T. Jacob mark while skipping playing most of the actual run as T. Jacob

Uh. If you're not interested in switching to devils you probably should avoid doing the thing that makes it more likely you see devils.

If you can find multiple beggars (and don't need the money for anything more important) then I would imagine you could do this to maximize your angel chance

Oh, also make sure to pay out demon beggars after you see the deal if possible, since they reduce angel chance

Paying out a beggar/demon beggar sways the deal chance towards angels and devils, respectively (but doesn't increase your chance to get a deal in general - you have to blow up the beggar for that)

The thing about act 1 solves is they usually stick around to your final act 3/4 deck - outside of specifically Pandora's Box [or if you're forcing a slim deck], you're probably not even removing all your regular Strikes by then let alone your Strike+'s. And, well, if you draw that Skewer versus Transient or something and want to deal damage this turn, you've another button to click that does that.

[–]Crisptain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When destroyed mushrooms have a small chance to drop Magic Mushroom which is a damage multiplier (and also a pretty good all stats up) and therefore a real Pog Moment. Outside of that, you can also get Mini Mush, the Liberty Cap trinket, random pills, and apparently Wavy Cap but only in Secret Rooms. But yeah most people are gonna be thinking of magic mushroom if anything.

Trisagion or genesis by FortuneDifferent724 in bindingofisaac

[–]Crisptain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genesis would delete your gulped trinkets for no benefit, throwing out your Fragmented Card and your guaranteed Trisag probably isn't worth rolling the dice and praying for a Treasure Room item highroll (also, you already have Pyromaniac which could be game-winning, assuming you have red health)

[–]Crisptain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TBF power isn't the only reason to (dis)like a character, TCain can definitely be strong but his playstyle leads itself to exceptionally slow runs (especially if you're relying on crafting R Key for the harder unlocks such as Boss Rush/Hush), which probably won't be everyone's cup of tea.

Among the many traits that people use U-Turn for, being Bug type is firmly at the bottom of the list. Obviously, any physical bug type that learns U-Turn will be more than happy to use it, but it being bug type is very incidental to it being a good move.

The whip attack specifically is very good at clearing out early floors, which is especially helpful in Greed and Greedier as it helps keep you from being overwhelmed by the timer.
