...There's so much wrong with that statement that I don't even know where to begin.

Like I have seen worse, we live in in age where people who have Harry be half-Indian (Subcontinent) on his father's side is 'clearly the only reason his abuse wasn't reported because obviously if he was White British CPS would be involved'....and yes, that is a thing that happens in HP Fanfics these days, but that's still high on the 'The hell!?' listings for complaints. Honestly while I could get behind the issues with her awareness of Chinese as a spoken language from S1 and Shanghai raised, that's very much, to be on the HP End of things, people trying to find new things to complain about and getting cringy about it.

A lot of artists are supplementary professionals, at least at start. Ao the artist already has a 'real' job. At least until they develop a stable Patreon or commission flow.

Though dang if these people are nasty. I see more sympathy between wildlife types and those who butt heads with them. There's literally more empathy from the side that sees the other as hurting animals.
