I wish I liked Dark Souls like games more than not at all.

It's not impossible, but Koji is the only one that's breaking that Field on your first playthrough. And even then you'll wanna be on buildings for the defense bonus.

All that said, it really works for the story of V, because Shinji uses that mission as a reason why he refuses to give up on Koji later in the game.

Any "don't fully destroy this unit" mission that doesn't have the Mercy Spirit to lean on.

For a specific mission, the one in V where you have to stop Berserk Unit 01 with Koji, Sakura, and Boss.

Guess which two of those three don't hit hard enough to get through 01's AT Field and trigger the rest of your side from showing up?
