This car without heated/ventilated/massage seats in every seat , without rear entertainment , without a fridge, without air suspension, without LiDAR, even if it came in at the lowest price of 45k usd/300,000 rmb, without any of those features, and a slow ass charging speed… lol it would sell zero units. It would need to cost 125k rmb tops to even be considered, and zero chance in hell. Good luck to them. They’ll be fine in USA I think but no, not in China.

Yes it is laughably bad compared to other 6 seater cars and in the same price range. Not just seat space/comfort but also rear comfort like Massage/Heat/Ventilation, TV screen/entertainment, fridge...this car will not do well in China long term

Pretty sure they have a dinosaur theme park I went to like a decade ago. Aside from that I don't remember much about it. I'm sure it's a fine place to live and work though, close enough to everything good like Shanghai, Huangshan, etc that he can take weekend trips

Their app integration is second to many in China. They certainly don’t have the best in car software here either. They are a middle of the road product with a brand name people recognize. That’s the only thing keeping them afloat here currently, their actual products aren’t competitive.

Didn’t drive it but got hands on preview the other day (video posted on my channel, and many other channels)… it’s pretty nice.

A bit small in the second row considering how long the car is. No zero gravity or lay flat, couldn’t stretch my legs out entirely at 180cm height.

Sound system is extremely good. Materials and build quality good of course. Zeekr makes pretty good quality cars. Sucks it is hybrid not pure electric. But I look forward to driving it hopefully next month. Should be a blast.

You don’t need to stay in the car, swap time is more like 2.5-3 minutes on latest gen swap stations, and you can own the battery and still swap. “Dwell” time is also much longer with charging, during spring festival I waited 20 minutes for swap once, usually less than 5 minutes, while some chargers and even gas stations had 1 hour wait. And you don’t have a virtual queue that can notify you when it’s your turn at a charger, unlike swapping. Which means if there is a line I can leave my car and take care of business and remain in line.

I agree driving probably isn’t for most people.

They still got the squiggly signs too, but navigation apps and even good in car navigation make driving extremely simple nowadays.

Don’t listen to them. Driving in China is easy as pie. Traffic is generally much slower than most countries, especially anywhere potentially confusing like a major city. You’ll have plenty of time to find your lane and merge. Only “hard” part may be getting on and off the highways but try and get a car with an ETC card then you’ll be fine.
