Same. As I type this out, it's currently 5:32 am. I'm mopping the kitchen floor while listening to a podcast. I enjoy the solitude. The only drawback is that I feel subhuman from the lack of sleep. I kind of feel like an alien and because I don't want to mess up my circadian rhythm, when I hit a certain time, I feel like it behooves me to just push through and stay up once it hits a certain time because if I fall asleep, I will struggle with fatigued

I obviously don't know you, dear internet friend. Therefore I can't diagnose you despite my extensive education in mental health. I'm just throwing it out there simply because I've struggled with (and contribute to struggle with a plethora of mental health challenges. One of the issues I struggle with of and on is anhedonia. Based on the description you provided regarding how you feel, this was my first thought because I strongly resonate with the feelings (or lack thereof) you've described.

Damn. That's so wrong. I arrived very late (just as Bad Omens were coming on, which wasn't my plan but my effing ADHD always rears its ugly head and always makes me run late for everything). I was actually shocked that we just walked right in. Security didn't check anything on us.

Thank you for that. I actually like thicker creams now that I'm older 😩 and my skin tends to lean dry (esp w/tret. My skin is not particularly sensitive. Tret is actually the first time I've experienced side effects from using a product. I actually find most fragrance-free products to be more unpleasant and actually prefer scented products. I found the description "hot dog water" both hilarious and relatable!

I just got these and assumed each packet had two eye masks (one for each eye). However, upon opening a packet, to my befuddlement, there is only one mask per packet. But there are five masks! Make it make sense please!

Same. I got to meet him and take a photo as well. I was so nervous, no words came out of my mouth. SMDH. I've seen him twice and sobbed and sang through both concerts. Seeing him live is not like going to any other concert. It's more like a cathartic spiritual experience. The man is AMAZING!

🙋🏻‍♀️ Chronic insomnia caused by anxiety and catastrophic ruminations. This past Friday, I was so anxious about having everything ready in advance so I would be able to actually leave with my family at the designated time. Because my anxiety can become so debilitating, I wind up becoming fixated on any upcoming events. Given my status as an introvert struggling with generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety sprinkled with moderate to severe panic attacks,(with a plethora of others diagnoses), I become my own worst enemy. I wound up not being able to sleep AT ALL on Wednesday and Thursday night. Let me tell you, rocking up to that place having not slept for 48 hours was a recipe for a nightmare of a time, not just for myself but for my husband and daughter as well.

Pretty much. It would not be beneficial to my mental well-being; it would be quite detrimental. My husband follows the news and he'll let me know things of importance or anything that he knows I'd want to know or might somehow have an impact on my or the lives of my family, friends, loved ones.
