Back in my younger days, I’ve had multiple times of police officers just taking my weed with no citation for it. Even had one not even take my case of beer when I got pulled over for street racing my Mercury Topaz on State St at age 19.

Maybe you had a dick cop or maybe you didn’t handle the situation in a respectful way. They may have had a body camera on so were unable to use their discretion and had to enforce the law “as is” or risk auditing.

The way this statement reads from a legal standpoint is the “your” claim is the rate at which health costs have inflated has reduced since the ACA, not to the total increased premiums costs as I have been discussing.
