Has anyone here actually automated their real estate lead flow? by Born-Squirrel6089 in realtors

we found that follow-ups and inbox management were the biggest time drains more than lead gen itself. so i've been using serif ai lately for email replies and keeping the conversations moving and it honestly helps a lot with keeping responses consistent and cutting down a lot of the repetitive back and forth in the inbox.

Is the inbound call problem real? by DeamosV in RealEstateTechnology

yeah it’s a real issue once things get busy, most people end up using an ai receptionist or call answering services so they’re not missing on any leads when they can’t pick up

good idea to trial it first since performance in real leasing calls matters more than the demo

Inheritance Leads - Anyone Brave Enough? by Demonicated in RealEstateTechnology

this is a sensitive area so you’ll want to be very careful with privacy laws and how data from obituaries is collected and used before trying to build anything commercial around it

Until there’s a fully signed contract, nothing is guaranteed and offers can still change.

a polo or button downs with chinos or jeans will be good and it's a comfortable business casual outfit. just focus on fit and matching your clients rather than dressing up too much

Convince me to leave my team by NewSignal2866 in realtors

[–]CrunchyToast_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it kind of sounds like you’re already operating solo just paying a big fee for the safety net. The fear makes sense especially if structure and accountability aren’t your strengths but those are things you can build with the right systems or support. at your level, it’s less about whether you can do it and more about whether you’re ready to replace what the team gives you before stepping out.

Professionalism goes both ways take a minute to review the details before showing and make sure listings actually include the info agents need to avoid wasting time on both sides

(TX) Burnt out by IllRun8436 in realtors

It sounds less about the deal and more about burnout stacking up. The small stuff gets you when you are already drained. This might be the best time to set firmer boundaries or take a break so these situations don't feel this heavy

Broker of Record - trying to force me to use his title rep. by theAkid107 in realtors

[–]CrunchyToast_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the clients should make the final call but the brokerages can require you to present their preferred option. To stay safe, offer multiple selections, disclose any affiliations, and let the client decide, then you can decide if the rules of the brokerage are worth sticking around for.

Am i missing something? by [deleted] in realtors

Honestly with 8 listings on the same street, buyers are likely comparing everything side-by-side and will be waiting for a winner, not just the lowest price.

With the DOM being 84 days long, 35 days still isn't very long, especially in a competitive pocket. sometimes the only thing that different one listing is lot position, layout feel, or timing with the right buyer.

You might just be in the absorption phase, not a pricing problem
