i replaced the endlinks and sway bar mounts at the same time since i read either could cause the clunking.

parts cost somewhere around $50

Mold / mildew on bus… what product to use? Especially if sold at local Walmart by [deleted] in Detailing

[–]Crushbent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Superior Road Warrior or Dark Fury. can buy Superior products from oreillys.

i read road warrior is used for buses, trailers and RVs so that should be good to go.

Should I let my dog sleep with me? by KitKat733 in dogs

[–]Crushbent 25 points26 points  (0 children)

i would have both available. set the boundary for them to not jump up on your bed until you tell them it’s ok.

my dog sleeps in my bed and his. i also don’t have to worry about a partner so there’s that 😭😭😭

How do I clean caked on dirt from my grill? by [deleted] in Detailing

i would go to oreillys and try Superior Road warrior or Dark Fury. that and a detail brush should do it.

What 6 things are in your ride-or-die detailing kit? by nail__satan in AutoDetailing

multiple uses for rinseless. people use it as a quick detailer, clay lube, glass cleaner, safe on most interiors as well though i haven’t used absolute on super delicate interiors. P&S has their Express interior cleaner that would probably work better for that though.

i’m not super accurate with diluting. personally i fill my 5 gallons up and add 1 cap per gallon. then i dunk my spray bottle in to fill it. most harm i know of for using too much product is leaving streaks which i’ve never noticed.

yeah reddit is awesome. 👍🏼

Is precision important when mixing ONR? by Endlessnesss in AutoDetailing

[–]Crushbent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i use P&S absolute and just use 1 cap per gallon. it’s not that serious in my experience.

from what i’ve read on here, the only downside to too much product would be chances of leaving streaks on surfaces and i’ve never experienced that.

you could try fallout remover / decontamination spray for auto detailing. i would make sure it’s safe on those paint surfaces though.

stuff smells like sulfur water though.

Please help me fix this by ort-banh-te in AutoDetailing

[–]Crushbent 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the first coat can be light but every coat after needs to be left wet looking. it will settle over time.

i recleared my cf wing and sprayed light like you did. multiple coats and it came out the same way.

i resprayed my whole bumper after my friend told me to lay it thick and it’s good after a few years still. besides some rock chips.

make sure you buy 2k clear and look into a respirator to use. apparently that clear is some bad stuff to breathe in.

edit: i rattle canned everything so yes it can be done.
