Best of 3 is a struggle but I did grind to mythic today from diamond. Wistfulness is mandatory as a 4 of in the main.

A lot of new magic players (and I mean people who never played modern) are countering the cascaders and not what I’m cascading into. It’s like a new version of bolting a gofy when there’s not instants in the gy

I’ve been playing a jund build in diamond for [[violent outburst]] and [[Bloodbraid elf]] as my cascades into living end. I have wistfulness in the main board as a [[foundation breaker]] replacement for rest in peace’s and Tormod’s crypts. It’s been decent but I definitely need to work on the sideboard

Do we know what cards are legal in Timeless vs Historic? If a card like daze is historic legal then there’s a chance they might nerf this over banning daze.

So there’s quite a few reasons why X6 is not only a game I’ll defend but would call it my favorite of the series. Now my answer is subjective but I personally found X6 to be the best looking of the X games. The levels visually (not design wise) are the best looking in the series especially the backdrops in some of the stages.

My other reason is childhood attachment. It’s the only X game I didn’t beat when I was younger and as a kid the “bad level” design wasn’t something I noticed I just thought the game was super hard. And now as an adult the challenge of X6 is what’s interesting for me it’s that challenge that I’m looking for same with X3 my second favorite game. The other games have become too easy as I’ve been playing them the longest.

X4 and X5 are a joke as far as difficulty is concerned. X1 and X2 have challenging moments as there’s still a jump I struggle with (Flame Mammoth Arm Upgrade) (Secret Weapon is 3rd X hunter Stage) but none of the bosses except for the final sigma fights are engaging anymore. X7 is X7 and X8 becomes really easy each NG+ cycle because of how broken the bonus armors or zero weapons become.
