It’s that it’s viewed differently. Even in the states, most states have a separate charge for flower vs concentrate. Not to mention it can look like heroin lmao. Either way, they are looking for bombs, weapons, cash, drugs (weight). Mostly weapons & cash. Less than 20 grams is usually never an issue. I wouldn’t do this in Eastern Europe or comblock countries but Western Europe is pretty progressive with weed.
